Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant for Guidewire, my duties involve travelling to customer sites to consult the customer, as well as outside consultants, on the technical aspects of our Guidewire implementation and assist in the configuration of the solution for our customers.
Product Owner
As Product Owner of Hyland's Revenue Cycle Management solutions, I oversee product feature requests and enhancements. I work with stakeholders, both internal and external, to determine key features for the product. I work with R&D to set sprint tasks in an agile development environment.

Senior Technical Consultant
My position as a technical consultant for Hyland's Global Healthcare Services division specializes in revenue cycle management for hospitals and other healthcare organizations. Helping these organizations manage and automate their EDI and paper EOB payment posting, denials management and root cause analysis, treasury reconciliation, and paper and EDI claims management as it relates to managed care. I also have experience generating analytics and reports to help these organizations track their data and streamline their solution. Solving these problems and customizing a solution for the organization within project budget and time. Creating documentation and training clients on their unique solution. Our software integrates with financial systems from a variety of vendors and I have experience with McKesson, Epic, Siemens, and Cerner.
